Book your event collection through the Book Us tab and submit the details of your event. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm booking.

To finalize your booking we require a $100 refundable deposit and a signed contract at the time of booking to secure your requested date. If both are not completed within 24 hours we will move to the next inquiry.

Delivery, setup, and pickup fees are included in the price if location is within 10 miles of zip code 90604. There will be a $3/mi charge for locations further than 10 miles.

If the setup area is more than 100FT from unloading zone, a $75 fee will be added.

All our rentals are for (4) hours of fun. This does not include setup and pickup time.

If needed for a longer time, there is a $50/hour fee.

Setup duration depends on the package and accessibility to setup location. In general, 45 minutes to an hour.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and indoors. We can not set up on rocks, gravel or dirt as this can result in damage to our equipment.

We care about the safety of your teeny tots. If it rains, they can slip and fall - we will need to set up indoors.

If we are unable to find a solution we can apply the funds towards a future event or provide a refund. Please note that if refund is requested, the $100 deposit will be forfeited. 

We are happy to accommodate one reschedule based on availability within 6 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact us right away. All cancellations made 15 or more days before the event will receive a refund of payments made, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment processor. All cancellations within 7 days of your event date will forfeit all payments.

Most collections require approximately 12 x 12 feet of level space. Larger experiences, such as the Adventurer and the Ultimate Play, will require additional room. We’ll confirm measurements with you before your event to ensure a seamless fit.

Our collections can be setup indoors or outdoors. Outdoor bookings will require a suitable level surface.

In the event that rain is forecasted the day of your event, you can reschedule for a later available date or setup indoors.

A $100 REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event. Dates are reserved only once the deposit is received. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of your deposit.

Every piece is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each event. We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a pristine, safe environment for your teeny tots.

To keep our equipment clean and your teeny tots safe, we DO NOT allow:

• Shoes

• Food

• Drinks

• Face Paint

• Paint

• Pets

• Silly Strings

• Party Poppers

• Sharp Objects

• Gum

For the safety of all teeny tots and to keep our equipment in excellent condition, all guests are required to follow the play area rules provided at setup.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:

• Recommended for children ages 5 and under

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

• No shoes in play area including adults

• Must wear socks

• No food, drinks, or sweets in or near play area

• No climbing on or over fence or gates

• All soft play equipment must stay in play area

• No face paint, glitter, slime, silly string or bubbles

• No pets or sharp objects in or near play area

• Soft play area can not be moved after setup is complete

• Designated play area must be clear prior to our arrival

• No water activity in or near play area

• Play area must be level. We can not set up on uneven surfaces, mud or gravel.

Failure to follow the rules will result in additional charges. Refundable $100 deposit will be forfeited in the event, equipment is returned damaged or in an extremely dirty condition or equipment, including balls, are found outside the play area.
